Jacqueline BlountVice President & CMOJacqueline received her MBA from Georgia Tech, College of Management in May of 2009 with a concentration in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. As an aspiring entrepreneur, Jacqueline has experience in marketing, new business development, and management. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College in 2002 and upon graduation served as an Account Coordinator for Creative Marketing Solutions where she developed and implemented a marketing plan for Too Groovy, a spa/salon in Atlanta, Georgia. Following her position at Creative Marketing Solutions, she became Paralegal Specialist for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division where she gained valuable insight into mergers and acquisitions in the telecommunications industry. Realizing her goal to own and operate a successful business, she became the Vice President of Uniglobe Travel Designers where she has gained valuable experience managing a company. Her ultimate career goal is to leverage her management background to promote new business development while maintaining a customer service focus. One of Jacqueline's passions is the promotion of diversity within organizations. While at Georgia Tech, she founded Graduate Minorities in Business- an all-inclusive organization dedicated to encouraging professional and leadership development, academic excellence and community involvement among African American, Hispanic, Asian and other minority MBA students within the Georgia Tech community. Currently she serves as the Social and Cultural Chair for the Columbus Urban League for Young Professionals where she will continue to promote the importance of embracing cultural differences within the business community.
